Mr. Hynes is an engineer with over 10 years of experience related to geotechnical and geoenvironmental projects. He is responsible for directing and conducting geotechnical investigations and geoenvironmental site assessments (ESAs) including the preparation of geotechnical (foundation design, slope stability studies) reports; geoenvironmental (ILO and sewage lagoon design) reports, and environmental (Phase I and II) reports. He is registered as a professional engineer in Saskatchewan.
