Mr. Eberle is a senior geotechnical engineering technologist with over 25 years of experience in field and laboratory testing of soils, aggregate, concrete and asphalt, and data compilation. He has considerable experience in subgrade, base and pavement construction and quality control/quality assurance testing for various construction projects.
